Consider us your travel advocate and concierge.
Founded in 2014 at the University of Michigan, Easy Group Airfare has grown into an international group travel agency that has assisted thousands of students, volunteers, business professionals, and vacationers in their travels around the globe. We’re a remote team of experts working from around the world to organize group trips of all kinds, to every continent.
From your initial quote to your safe arrival home, we’re with you for every step of the trip planning process, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable flying experience.
When your priority is giving back, we understand that it's important to allocate valuable funds efficiently to maximize your philanthropic capabilities. We coordinate with all the major airlines on your behalf to find you the lowest fares possible.
Easy Group Airfare works with many non-profit organizations–which is awesome– because we love giving back too. We donate 5% of our annual profits to non-profit organizations that book their travel arrangements with us.
It can be difficult as a student organization to coordinate flight logistics and collect payments. Easy Group Airfare simplifies the process by allowing individual payment and/or lump sum payment options. Deposits may be required.
From Ann Arbor, Michigan, our founder Aaron Sanfield started EGA in 2014 following his own volunteer experiences with international group trips. A natural born traveler, Aaron has visited five continents – and he won't rest until he's finished! From stair construction projects in Lima, Peru, to helping establish MEDLIFE's first global health clinic in Moshi, Tanzania, Aaron saw a great barrier to entry for participating in service trips and international tours. Despite their desire, volunteers might feel uneasy traveling alone to service destinations, and battle some difficulties when searching for affordable airfare.
Coordinating with a large group can be difficult, especially when things don't go as planned. Aaron's goal is to serve as an advocate for all of his groups, seeing that each traveler returns home safely and smoothly, whether you're traveling for business, pleasure, or service.
